DTHN-2026 welcomes researchers, academicians, healthcare professionals, clinicians, nurses, industry experts, policymakers, postgraduate and doctoral students, innovators, entrepreneurs, and professionals working in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Healthcare, Telemedicine, Smart Care Technologies, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, and related interdisciplinary domains.

Authors should prepare their original and unpublished manuscript according to the conference template and submit it through the official conference submission portal or via the conference email before the submission deadline. All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by the Technical Program Committee.

Accepted authors may present their work either physically at the conference venue in London or virtually through the designated online platform. Each presentation will typically be allotted 12–15 minutes, followed by a discussion session. Presentation slides should be prepared in English and submitted before the conference, if requested by the organizing committee.

After receiving the acceptance notification, authors should complete the online registration by paying the applicable registration fee. Once the payment is completed, participants must upload or email the payment receipt along with the camera-ready manuscript. Registration will be confirmed after successful verification by the organizing committee.

Yes. International participants requiring a visa to attend the conference in the United Kingdom may request an official invitation letter after completing their registration. The invitation letter is intended solely to support the visa application process. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas, travel arrangements, and accommodation.

All accepted papers will be presented at DTHN-2026. Selected high-quality papers, based on reviewer recommendations and presentation quality, will be considered for publication in an edited volume published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing (Taylor & Francis Group Series), subject to the publisher’s editorial policies, peer-review requirements, and final editorial approval. Acceptance for conference presentation does not automatically guarantee publication.

Yes. DTHN-2026 will be conducted in Hybrid Mode, allowing participants to attend either physically in London or virtually from any location worldwide. Virtual presenters will have access to live technical sessions, keynote talks, and online presentation facilities, and will receive the same presentation and participation recognition as onsite attendees.

Yes. Authors may submit multiple original research papers. Each paper will undergo an independent peer-review process and, if accepted, must be registered separately for presentation and publication consideration.

Yes. Outstanding papers selected by the Technical Program Committee based on originality, technical quality, presentation, and overall contribution will be recognized with Best Paper Awards during the conference.

The official language of DTHN-2026 is English. All manuscripts, presentations, and conference communications should be prepared in English.
